Silence was something that constantly irritated the Latina. Though she loved ‘quiet time’ as much as anybody else, she needed some form of noise happening. Whether it was from herself, some form of music or just noises from outside. She needed something to break the silence. Very often, human noise was not what she welcomed to break this silence, of course. In fact, the sound of most peoples’ voices annoyed her even worse than silence itself. It wasn’t just the sounds people made, it was the things they did too. People in general just had a tendency to make her very edgy.

Lionel’s voice never really annoyed her. Probably because he used his voice quite sparingly. Which was she more than okay with. However, his silence definitely was putting her on edge. She wasn’t sure if he was just so shy that he was going silent or if he was intentionally ignoring her. Being ignored was something no female liked, especially not those residing in the Slytherin house under the name of Delilah Delgado.

Luckily for him, something else seemed to catch the snake’s eye.

It was quite uncommon to see a Slytherin lurking in the Interhouse Commons. They weren’t typically the type to socialize with students outside of their own house. Even more unlikely was to see a professor in there. Usually they would pass back and check up on what might be going on, but never had Delilah seen one come in and just chill out. Didn’t they have offices for that sort of thing? Either way, the Latina felt her cat-like eyes shift to the young and rather attractive professor. Only Delilah Delgado would check out another man while sitting on one’s lap.

What she found even more unusual than him being there was the fact that he said nothing. There she was straddling an innocent Hufflepuff boy. Who knows what they could’ve been up to in his eyes? Though, the fact that he didn’t seem to notice was sort of amusing.

Hufflepuffs were never known for their intelligence. It sort of showed when he began to rock the chair back and forth as a way to get her off of him. While, it certainly wasn’t going to make her move, she probably could ‘get off’. She looked back to him with her dark eyebrows shooting upwards. What the hell was he trying to do? Force her away or stimulate her ‘til she dropped? Or was he trying to get the professor to look so he’d help while she was distracted by the rather sexual movements.

Huh, maybe Hufflepuffs could come up with good ideas.

Her tanned hand shot down and immediately grabbed his hips. Her well-manicured nails dug slightly into the material of his shirt. “What the hell do you think you’re doing?” She asked, her low voice coming out as somewhat of a hissing sound.

It had been an almost perfect idea. Especially since it had come from Lionel. He hardly found it possible to think in situations like the one he currently found himself, but he had managed to come up with an idea that should have gotten him out of the clutches of this mistress of seduction and pure evil, Delilah Delgado. However the expected happened and things turned sour. In his effort to gain the attention of the professor and find safe haven behind the school, how strange that may sound in the time period they were now in, he was unable to. The only thing he managed to do was to aggravate his captor more and thus putting him in a far worse position than he had started off in the first place. Sometimes he just hated being himself.

Lionel groaned and not at all in a sexual manner. He was in pain. He was suffering. Delilah's well manicured nails were penetrating into the flesh of his hips. He couldn't understand how something so beautiful could be so lethal. Yet he had to just think of a tiger or a leopard and he realized that world and life had to be made up of a lot of Delilah's. Hypothetically of course, and not exactly with that name. This thought process was confusing him and along with the pain he was finding that he was loosing consciousness. So Lionel immediately ceased his thought process and gazed up into Delilah's eyes, nothing but pure remorse reflecting in his own.

He tried to take a deep breath, but he found it difficult to do with the position Delilah had placed herself on him and her nails penetrating into his hips. Instead he just blurted out what was hanging on his tongue in the hopes that she would find some pity for the stupid Hufflepuff boy that she had caught in her little web.

"I'm so sorry, but you scare me and its not because your scary, but you are...just a little bit. It's because you're a girl and you're like so beautiful and I'm so intimidated and I don't see why you would want anything to do with me, because I mean you could probably like have the Minister of Magic if you wanted, but I'm sure you wouldn't because he isn't that good looking...please don't tell anyone I said that. And all I wanted was to get the attention of the professor so he could come here ask what we were doing and give me the opportunity to run to the Hufflepuff Common Room and my dormitory and hide under the covers of my bed for at least a day or two."

When he finally finished with saying everything that he wanted to say he blew out what was most probably the only breath he had left and turned his eyes away from that of Delilah's because he couldn't bare to look into her eyes for the moment. Waiting for her reply.
